We generate ideas, evaluate them for engineering feasibility, and design them for high volume manufacturing and assembly. Paul Elio, Chief Executive Officer, graduated from GMI & EMI (now Kettering University) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Elio has worked for several years in the automotive industry as an independent consultant and inventor. He holds numerous patents related to mechanisms. Hari Sankara Iyer, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from Stanford. Mr. Iyer has worked in the automotive industry and for a premier management consulting firm. He has co-authored several papers for major journals and has several patents pending. Robert Glaspie, Vice President, Engineering, graduated from GMI & EMI (now Kettering University) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Glaspie has extensive experience in the automotive industry as a design engineer and analyst. He has also worked in the CAD software industry and holds several patents.
